Project: New Headquarters & Two Adjacent Buildings

Corporation Service Company (CSC) was in need of 1,100 workstations to cover their 250,000 sq.ft locations. This included 3 buildings: the new headquarters and two adjacent buildings.
To move CSC from a high-level and private office environment to an open low-height environment with maximum flexibility, standard “KIT OF PARTS,” stable sit-to-stand tables, as well as manage their massive IT requirements.
We used Haworth Compose product to align with the core requirements from CSC which successfully met the challenge that was presented to us.
CSC developed a pilot program that allowed them to analyze the furniture and technology prior to purchasing. Through the pilot, CSC gave feedback and budget consideration for a period of eight months before selecting their final specifications and suppliers.
Office Environments and Haworth were selected as primary suppliers and were responsible for removal of existing furniture and the installation of new furniture.
To celebrate the grand opening, OE and Haworth staged an event which helped raise money for CSC’s favored charity, The Boy Scouts of America.
Campbell’s Soup Company and Office Environments have been working together since 2012 to change their furniture standards from another manufacturer to Haworth. Office Environments is currently working on a multi-phased project involving the dismantling of an existing product, construction, and new furniture installation. The job will be completed in 3 phases, starting in July 2014 and finishing in December. Phases 1 and 2 have successfully been completed within the clients timeline and budget. The Office Environments team worked closely with the construction firm to manage dates of the furniture deliveries due to construction delays.
